Tramp - To hike, walk, travel; inexpensively and looking (usually) at things that not everyone else looks at, or at least, in unique ways. Okay, maybe sometimes I take the same exact photo that ten million other tourists have taken, but what makes it special is that I did it (and so did you, perhaps).

OK, but I'm not all that adventurous, give me a 2-way radio, GPS (Global Positioning Satellite), Gore-Tex parka, Katadyne ceramic element water filter -- NOW I am ready for adventure! Safe, trampy, on foot-bike-cycle-SUV.
